The ritual

Purifying Quartz Scrub & Soak 
Rub a tablespoonful of scrub onto your body with circular upward strokes while your skin is slightly damp, then soak in a warm bath for 20 minutes. Can also be used in the shower or massaged into feet, prior to soaking in hot water, to ease away fatigue. 

 

Nourishing Sacred Heart Balm 
Rub a tablespoonful of scrub onto damp skin with circular upward strokes, then soak in a warm bath for 20 minutes. Can also be used in the shower or massaged into feet, prior to soaking in hot water, to ease away fatigue. 

 

Grounding Amethyst Bath and Shower Oil 
For an indulgent and calming bathing experience, pour under hot, running water and allow to disperse. Alternatively, massage into skin before getting into the shower, for an enhanced cleanse and moisturise in one.
