1. Purify & Soak
Begin your wellness ritual with a warm bath. Rub a tablespoon of Purifying Quartz Scrub & Soak in circular upward strokes across damp skin, then soak for 20 minutes. The invigorating two-in-one treatment uses healing quartz to exfoliate, stimulate circulation and clear negative energy fields.
2. Nourish the Complexion
Rich and golden, Nourishing Nurture Intense Face Oil restores skin with a blend of antioxidant rosehip, hydrating seabuckthorn and potent jasmine stem cells, which promote cell regeneration and increase oxygenation. After cleansing in the bath, warm 3-5 drops in the palm of your hand and apply evenly over face and neck.
3. Ground the Body
Following the deeply purifying effects of the quartz scrub, our Grounding Body Oil – a blend of healing baobab, mood-lifting St John’s wort and soothing sandalwood – calms and centres. Smooth across freshly bathed, warm skin on arms, legs and torso.
4. Gua Sha Massage
For centuries gua massage has been used in China to promote circulation, soften fine lines, detoxify and release stress. Using light to medium pressure and a series of upwards and outwards strokes, work the Jade Gua Sha tool across skin from neck to forehead. Following your facial massage, use the tool to massage the body in a similar manner, gently rinsing clean in between applications.
