This amethyst-infused scrub works to ease physical and emotional tension, relieves the effects of fatigue and stress on the skin, and stimulates circulation. Normal to dry skin including mature, dehydrated. Delivering a boost to energy levels, it provides a sense of comfort for anyone looking to ease anxiety and lighten mood.

Rub a tablespoonful of scrub onto damp skin with circular upward strokes. Then soak in a warm bath for 20 minutes. Can also be used in the shower or massaged into feet, prior to soaking in hot water.
