Once your order is placed, it is promptly prepared for processing so it may reach you without delay. As a result, we are often unable to amend shipping details or modify items once an order has been confirmed. Should you notice an error, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.

Processing and dispatch

Once your order is placed, our team takes special care to ensure your order arrives so that you may begin to integrate your Essentials into your life. We aim to process your order within 1-2 days.

Packaging

The Aman Essentials experience extends to our packaging. Our packaging is thoughtfully designed for form and function: to protect the products during their journey to you and as extension of the product. We invite you to reuse and repurpose the packaging to extend its life. Our packaging is fully recyclable should you need to dispose of it.

Shipping

Complimentary shipping is offered for orders over $350.

Once your order is dispatched, it typically arrives within 2-5 days, exclusive of processing times. Please note that due to customs and distance, some shipping destinations may take longer.

We are pleased to ship to many countries but regretfully, there are some exceptions. To ensure the best experience for our customers, we continuously review the shipping destinations. If we do not ship to your country, we apologise for this inconvenience. We invite you to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email used to place the order. We invite you to Create an Account for the most up-to-date tracking status.

Customs, duties, and VAT

We take special care in sourcing our products from different regions to ensure the highest quality and best craftsmanship. Due to the global nature of our production, some products may incur additional tariffs, which will be directly billed to you by your local courier. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continuously seek to deliver the best experience for our customers.

We hope each piece meets your expectations. Should you wish to make a return, items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, skincare and wellness items must remain unopened and sealed.

Once received, refunds are processed to the original method of payment. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, the fastest method is to place a new order and return the item which does not suit you.

For US customers, return labels are included for convenient returns.
